Wetrok AG
On behalf of Wetrok AG, cdesigns Claudia Dargel created the over 300-page general catalog (divided into image, methods, devices, chemistry, machines, services) using PIMs (Product Information Management System).
In close cooperation with the client, cdesigns Claudia Dargel carefully entered all products into the PIM system. Based on the supplied templates, cdesigns Claudia Dargel created the InDesign files, which were then optimized. All remaining pages (image, methods, services) were built manually.
Brand
Wetrok AG, a subsidiary of Diethelm Keller AG, is a leading competence center with 250 enthusiastic employees in the field of cleaning. As a full-service provider of cleaning methods, equipment, chemistry and training, the company covers the entire breadth of commercial cleaning.
Target
The general catalog gives a complete overview of the range of services and the broad subject areas of Wetrok. Instead of several brochures and separate price list, one work is created. It serves as a comprehensive reference for all products and services of the company and contains technical information, specifications, instructions and other relevant details.
Target group
Contact groups are all internal and external persons who use a relevant work tool about assortment and services to obtain information and place orders.
General catalog
Central and media-neutral storage and maintenance of product data, implementation of data in database, generation of basic pages using templates directly from the database, product cleanup directly in the company's internal system, manual additions for individual page layouts, completely tabular structure for periodic adjustments, expansion of icon language in Illustrator, cropping of product images, optimal preparation for interactive digital use and further processing in print.
